The new Scarpa Ribelle HD for men are very lightweight, waterproof, and robust mountaineering boots. Thanks to the stable sole construction suitable for combination crampons, they are perfect for high-altitude tours and alpine treks with a heavy backpack. High-quality, stabilizing 2.5 mm thick Perwanger® leather combined with lightweight, water-repellent microfiber inserts and a massive, surrounding PU rock guard provide excellent protection against mechanical influences. The innovative lining and the laminated, waterproof, and breathable HDry® membrane on the inside of the upper material ensure an optimal, dry foot climate during long, intense, and technically demanding tours in any weather. Details such as the deeply cut shaft construction at the back and the pleasantly flexible shaft transition at the ankle area provide high wearing comfort and allow for expansive, unrestricted steps. Whether on long tours, with crampons over glacial ice and old snowfields, or in rock climbing sections, the precise 2-zone lacing allows for targeted adjustment and a lot of control in the forefoot. Additionally, the technical and sufficiently stiff sole construction of the Ribelle HD, with cushioning and supportive elements as well as the grippy Vibram® profile sole, offers reliable grip in all situations.
