The leather is also naturally water-repellent, which is why Scarpa has opted out of a DWR treatment. On the inside, a proven GORE-TEX membrane is used, providing not only waterproofing but also optimal breathability.

The XS Trek Evo outsole from Vibram is extremely abrasion-resistant and specifically designed for hiking. This ensures that the shoe offers a pleasant walking experience, even with a heavy trekking backpack.
