Determining Size:

Measure the circumference of your knee joint with your leg extended. The muscles should remain relaxed. Measure at the center of your kneecap and at the thickest part of your calf. If the circumference of your calves is more than 4 cm thicker than your knee circumference, we recommend choosing one size larger to ensure an optimal fit.

If you desire a very tight fit, we recommend choosing one size smaller, for example, for maximal strength attempts in powerlifting competitions. Regular-fitting knee sleeves will also fit snugly.

For sizes smaller than Medium, we do not recommend reducing the size further.
