SBD Elbow Sleeves

The elbow sleeves provide maximum compression and support for the joint without restricting freedom of movement.

The sleeves are made from the same high-quality neoprene used in the knee sleeves, featuring a thinner interior that is ideal for heavy pulling and pressing movements.

Size Guide:

Measure the circumference of your forearm and lower bicep. Your arm should be straight and the muscles relaxed. Then choose a size that best fits both measurements.

The elbow sleeves have a greater stretch than our knee sleeves. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size.

Size XS:
Forearm circumference is between 21 and 26 cm (8.5 to 10 inches).
Lower bicep circumference is between 24 and 30 cm (9.5 to 12 inches).
Size S:
Forearm circumference is between 24 and 29 cm (9.5 to 11.5 inches).
Lower bicep circumference is between 27 and 33.5 cm (10.5 to 13 inches).
Size M:
Forearm circumference is between 27 and 31 cm (10.5 to 12.5 inches).
Lower bicep circumference is between 30 and 37 cm (12 to 14.5 inches).
Size L:
Forearm circumference is between 30 and 35 cm (12 to 14 inches).
Lower bicep circumference is between 33 and 40.5 cm (13 to 16 inches).
Size XL:
Forearm circumference is between 33 and 38 cm (13 to 15 inches).
Lower bicep circumference is between 36 and 44 cm (14 to 17 inches).
Size 2XL:
Forearm circumference is between 36 and 41 cm (14 to 16 inches).
Lower bicep circumference is between 39 and 47.5 cm (15.5 to 19 inches).
