The elbow sleeves provide maximum compression and support for the joint without restricting freedom of movement.

The sleeves are made from the same high-quality neoprene used in the knee sleeves, featuring a thinner interior that is ideal for heavy pulling and pushing movements.

Size Guide:

Measure the circumference of your forearm and lower bicep. Your arm should be straight and the muscles relaxed. Then choose a size that fits both measurements best.

The elbow sleeves have a greater stretch than our knee sleeves. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size.

Size XS:
Forearm circumference is between 21 and 26 cm.
Lower bicep circumference is between 24 and 30 cm.
Size S:
Forearm circumference is between 24 and 29 cm.
Lower bicep circumference is between 27 and 33.5 cm.
Size M:
Forearm circumference is between 27 and 31 cm.
Lower bicep circumference is between 30 and 37 cm.
Size L:
Forearm circumference is between 30 and 35 cm.
Lower bicep circumference is between 33 and 40.5 cm.
Size XL:
Forearm circumference is between 33 and 38 cm.
Lower bicep circumference is between 36 and 44 cm.
Size 2XL:
Forearm circumference is between 36 and 41 cm.
