The Guide 18 is our central training shoe with maximum cushioning. It is a padded training shoe for everyday use that combines our soft and responsive PWRRUN foam with our exclusive Center Path technology. This technology centers and supports the foot to provide a premium underfoot feel. It maintains a standard midline, increases the height of the sidewalls, and is built on a rocker shape to facilitate the roll-through.
Maximal cushioning shoes feature a wide base geometry, allowing the foot to sit deep in a stable platform. This results in an exceptionally well-cushioned running experience that also offers protection and inherent support.
The Center Path Technology is an asymmetric geometry that centers the foot from lateral impact to toe-off, providing a consistent, balanced, and supportive running feel.
The shoe features much softer and more responsive PWRRUN foam for comfortable miles and ultimate protection. The XT-900 carbon rubber outsole ensures durable traction, while the breathable and supportive mesh upper offers versatile comfort.
