The goal in developing the Shield'rup was to create a stirrup that combines safety, technology, comfort, and performance. After years of studies and research, the Shield'rup emerged from the fusion of these requirements in an innovative design.

Comfort & Performance:

• Offset stirrup leather: Easy shoe entry.
• Aircraft-grade aluminum and steel insert: Extremely durable, even when the stirrup is open.
• 180° stirrup opening: The stirrup always returns to its original position when opened.
• Two different footbed options: The Shield'rup is available in two versions: with standard grip footbeds or with extra grip footbeds (with spikes). The footbeds are interchangeable.
• Angled platform: Supports the perfect positioning of the leg and heel for optimal comfort.
• Elastomer seal under the footbed: Excellent shock and vibration absorption for optimal comfort, perfect balance, and protection of the rider's joints.

Technology & Safety:
The side of the Shield'rup opens when pressure is applied during a fall. The cable and spring system allows the stirrup to open 180° and systematically return to its original position. The Shield'rup is made from aircraft-grade aluminum with a steel insert and is very durable, even when the stirrup is open.
