Please note that this helmet is sold without interior foam. It is essential to purchase your own foam (Riding helmet foam Samshield Shadow or XC/XJ or premium). The helmet is available in several shell sizes (S, M, or L) to fit your skull morphology as closely as possible. The next step is to choose your foam size, which will determine the final size of your helmet:

• S shell size for foam sizes 52 to 56
• M shell size for foam sizes 55 to 58
• L shell size fits foam sizes 57 to 61
