The long-sleeve baselayer Zebru is designed to wick away moisture, dry quickly, and enhance temperature regulation during intense physical exertion in colder conditions. This makes it the ideal choice for mountain activities. Its name refers to a mountain in the Ortler Alps, Monte Zebrù. It is made in Italy, and the main component of its material is fine merino wool, which provides optimal warmth and moisture management while feeling comfortable against the skin.

Infrared Material Technology

In a body-mapping design, we have combined the merino wool-polyfiber blend with special responsive polyamide yarns that contain a unique mix of natural thermoreactive minerals. Responsive absorbs the body's far infrared radiation (FIR) and gradually releases it back to the muscle tissue. This enhances blood circulation, cellular performance, and oxygen supply, allowing you to stay warm longer, perform better, and recover faster. Good to know: The responsive technology is a permanent material component – the minerals do not wash out.

The Zebru is very soft and has a close-fitting athletic cut. The polyamide content makes it particularly durable and helps it retain its shape. Thanks to our advanced circular knitting process, the entire upper body is made from a single piece – providing more comfort without chafing seams. Additionally, merino wool naturally prevents odor formation.
