Salewa Wildfire 2 Gore-Tex® Shoe

In the Dolomites, there are so many classic climbing routes that sometimes it's hard to know where to start: Three Peaks, Marmolada, Cinque Torri, Vajolet Towers, Tofana di Rozes.

We make the upper material of the Wildfire 2 shoe from durable, recycled mesh and reinforce it with a network of Kevlar threads that comfortably and snugly wraps around your foot, providing flexibility, improved stability, and heel support. Additionally, the Wildfire 2 can be quickly and easily switched from hiking to climbing mode using the SALEWA Switchfit adjustment system. The result: better performance on edges as well as during climbing and overall increased safety in technical terrain.

The Multi Fit Footbed Plus (MFF+) also offers a customizable footbed, allowing you to choose between a tighter or looser fit according to your needs.

To ensure you progress well even in unpleasant weather, the Wildfire GTX is equipped with a GORE-TEX Extended Comfort lining that provides waterproof and breathable protection. The Pomoca Speed MTN outsole features a climbing zone in the toe area and strong, pronounced profile lugs for good grip in mud and on soft ground, while the S-Path technology supports natural rolling. The lightly adhering POMOCA rubber offers good traction in both dry and wet conditions.
