We make the upper of the Wildfire 2 shoe from robust, recycled mesh and reinforce it with a mesh of Kevlar wires that envelops your foot comfortably and snugly, providing flexibility, improved stability and heel hold. In addition, the Wildfire 2 can be quickly and easily switched from hiking to climbing mode with the SALEWA® Switchfit adjustment system. The result: better performance on edges as well as when climbing and overall more safety in technical terrain.

The Multi Fit Footbed Plus (MFF+) also offers a customisable footbed so you can choose a tighter or wider fit as needed.

To keep you moving forward in inclement weather, the Wildfire GTX is equipped with a GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort lining that provides waterproof and breathable protection. The Pomoca Speed MTN outsole has a climbing zone in the toe area and strong, pronounced tread lugs for good grip in mud and on soft ground, while S-Path technology supports natural rolling. The lightly adhesive POMOCA rubber gives you good traction in both dry and wet conditions.
