Wildfire 2 Gore-Tex® shoe is a custom-fit, technical approach shoe for women with a grippy Pomoca outsole for climbing performance and fast approaches, as well as for technical and easy alpine climbing. The upper is made from recycled, breathable mesh with an elasticated insert on the tongue and a waterproof, breathable Gore-Tex Extended Comfort membrane that reliably protects you from the elements at all times. A mesh made of Kevlar wires that comfortably envelops your foot ensures an improved, precise fit, flexibility and firm ankle and heel support. In addition, the Wildfire 2 is equipped with the unique Switchfit adjustment, which allows you to easily switch from hiking to climbing mode, as well as the Multi Fit Footbed Plus (MFF+) for a footbed that can be customised to your individual needs. The Pomoca Speed MTN outsole has a climbing zone in the toe area, ensuring good grip on small ledges. It is also equipped with S-Path technology for a natural rolling motion. The Pomoca rubber offers good grip on the rock in both dry and wet conditions, while the strong, pronounced tread lugs also provide plenty of traction on mud and softer terrain.
