Salewa Puez Powertex Hybrid trousers

The Puez Powertex Hybrid Overpants stand for reliable, waterproof protection with a minimal pack size. The lightweight trousers have been specially designed for changeable weather conditions in the mountains and outdoors.

We combine two different versions of our tried-and-tested laminated, weatherproof fabric in the overpants: the three-layer Powertex® ripstop inserts provide increased weather protection, while the lighter, 2.5-layer Powertex® ripstop material ensures freedom of movement with a small pack size. Both material inserts come with fully taped seams and guarantee reliable protection from the wet with a water column of 10,000 millimetres. The breathability of 10,000 g/m2/24h ensures high vapour permeability - to maintain a good body temperature even during strenuous activities.

The adjustable waistband on the inside ensures a high level of comfort throughout the day - even when wearing a rucksack. The close-fitting cut and adjustable trouser hem with a press stud give the overtrousers an ideal fit. Thanks to the full-length side zips on both sides, they can also be pulled on in a flash if the weather suddenly changes.

The Puez Powertex Hybrid Overpants are a Salewa Committed product that is produced according to our additional environmental and sustainability standards in order to minimise our ecological footprint. All materials used are made from 100 per cent recycled polyester and have a PFC-free DWR (durable water repellent) finish, which allows water to permanently bead off the fabric without harming the environment.
