The Puez Powertex Hybrid Overpants offer reliable, waterproof protection with minimal pack size. This lightweight pant is specifically designed for changeable weather conditions in the mountains and nature.

In these overpants, we combine two different versions of our proven laminated, weather-resistant fabric: the three-layer Powertex® ripstop inserts provide enhanced weather protection, while the lighter 2.5-layer Powertex® ripstop material allows for freedom of movement while keeping the pack size small. Both fabric inserts feature fully taped seams and guarantee reliable protection against moisture with a water column of 10,000 millimeters. The breathability of 10,000 g/m²/24h ensures high vapor permeability, maintaining a comfortable body temperature even during strenuous activities.

The internally adjustable waistband ensures high comfort throughout the day, even when wearing a backpack. The close-fitting cut and the adjustable hem, which can be regulated with a snap button, provide an ideal fit for the overpants. Additionally, the continuous side zippers on both sides allow for quick donning in case of sudden weather changes.

The Puez Powertex Hybrid Overpants are a Salewa Committed product, produced according to our additional environmental and sustainability standards to leave as small an ecological footprint as possible. All materials used are made from 100 percent recycled polyester and feature a PFC-free DWR (durable water repellent) treatment that causes water to bead off the fabric without harming the environment.
