The Pedroc PTX for men is designed for mountain sports enthusiasts who want to move quickly in the mountains and train for their alpine goals. This technical speed hiking shoe combines lightweight construction, versatility, and necessary protection, making it the ideal companion both in the mountains and in the valley. For additional weather protection while maintaining high breathability, the shoe is equipped with a lightweight, durable, and sustainable Powertex® membrane.

The strong upper made of ripstop mesh and the lateral TPU coating provide high abrasion resistance, optimally protecting against rocks and debris. The SALEWA® 3F system ensures the best possible stability and support even in rough terrain: this patented system connects the midfoot area with the heel, achieving a snug fit with high freedom of movement.

When the terrain becomes wet and slippery, the Pomoca™ Speed Hiker Pro outsole excels: its tread pattern and S-Path design, which allows for ideal rolling, provide the necessary grip and maximum stability on rock, mud, or grass. The EVA midsole, located between the outsole and upper, ensures optimal cushioning and high comfort.

The Pedroc PTX features a PFC-free, waterproof membrane and is part of the SALEWA® Committed collection, where products are manufactured according to independently verified environmental and social standards.
