Waterproof, windproof, and durable: our GORE-TEX hard shell pants for harsh weather conditions and demanding terrain.

The Ortles 3L Pants are made from the comfortable, durable, and breathable GORE-TEX ePE material. The ePE membrane represents one of the most significant advancements in GORE's sustainable development over the past decades: the innovative membrane of the laminate features a significantly reduced CO₂ footprint. At the same time, the laminate is equipped with a completely PFAS-free DWR (durable water repellent) treatment. The ergonomically pre-shaped knee area and a gusset in the crotch provide unrestricted freedom of movement while skiing, mountaineering, or climbing.

Additionally, there are features specific to mountain sports: the generous edge protection prevents tears from crampons, and the adjustable leg openings with gussets securely close over winter boots and ski touring shoes. Furthermore, the hard shell pants have loops for suspenders and a two-way zipper on the sides for effective ventilation during intense ascents.

The Ortles 3-layer hard shell pants are an ideal windproof and waterproof option for wild alpine adventures.
