When developing these trousers, we were inspired by the main peak of the Ortler group, the highest point in South Tyrol. The Ortles Durastretch trousers for men are your ideal companion for high alpine mountain tours.

Their Schoeller® Naturetec softshell with recycled polyamide and merino wool provides you with good weather protection, but still allows dynamic air exchange and ensures comfortable freedom of movement, while the strategic Durastretch ripstop inserts offer additional durability. The Ortles Durastretch pants guarantee good ventilation options and offer you zipped pockets for securely stowing important items. The two large side zips can be opened for additional ventilation. The elasticated zipped lower leg gusset allows a snug fit over mountain boots of varying volumes. And robust anti-cut kick patches on the lower inner leg give you good crampon protection.

These PFC-free softshell pants are one of our Salewa Committed models. They are made from recycled polyamide and natural merino wool and have a PFC-free DWR (durable water repellent) coating.
