The Ortles Ascent Mid GTX by Salewa is a highly developed hiking shoe specifically designed for demanding alpine conditions. With an upper made of durable suede leather and a waterproof Gore-Tex® membrane, this shoe offers both protection and breathability. The combination of a stable 3F system that utilizes steel wire for added support and a reinforced TPU rand ensures durability and resilience. The stiff insole made of glass and carbon fiber reinforced nylon provides excellent stability, while the dual-density midsole offers comfort and precision.
