The Mountain Trainer Mid GTX is a lightweight trekking boot for men, made from durable suede leather and abrasion-resistant textile material with a waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX lining. The boot is designed to meet the demands of both ascent and descent in mixed and technical terrain. For this purpose, the Mountain Trainer Mid GTX features a new midsole with Bilight technology. It is dual-layered for high cushioning and ergonomically shaped – providing good support in the shoe and reliable comfort even on long hikes.

In the ankle area, the Flex Collar allows for increased backward mobility, offering plenty of comfort during descents, even with heavy luggage. The lightweight, firm Vibram Wrapping Thread Combi (WTC) outsole ensures a stable yet natural walking feel. The patented SALEWA 3F system provides flexibility, heel support, and a blister-free fit from the start. The GORE-TEX Extended Comfort lining ensures optimal weather protection and climate comfort.
