The MTN Trainer Lite Mid allows you to move faster and easier on any terrain, and it also offers optimal performance on rocks. Its highly durable, yet lightweight TPU-coated upper features suede inserts for enhanced stability and is combined with a GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort lining for durable waterproofing without sacrificing breathable comfort.

The unique mid-height boot last construction features our patented 3F system that connects the shaft area, sole and heel to ensure a comfortable, supportive and flexible fit. This is further supported by the shock absorbing EVA midsole for durable rebound. The shoe is equipped with a flexible ankle shank, heel stabilizer and rubber toe cap for added stability and extra protection. It allows your foot unrestricted freedom of movement and at the same time optimal support. With climbing shoe lacing system to the toe area, which can be precisely adjusted for greater precision on technical terrain.

Underfoot, the outsole guarantees reliable grip thanks to the Pomoco rubber compound and tread pattern with deep lugs and notches, as well as the versatility needed to be used for a variety of terrain types, from mud and grass to rock, ice and snow.
