Product details
Extreme durability and stability for an indestructible, lightweight shoe designed for mountain tours and trekking. The Salewa Condor Evo GTX is compatible with semi-automatic combination crampons. Gore-Tex: In the technical clothing industry, Gore-Tex laminates are at the forefront when it comes to waterproofness, breathability, and durability. The Gore-Tex membrane is completely waterproof while allowing sweat to escape. It consists of pores that are 20,000 times smaller than a water droplet and 700 times larger than a water vapor molecule, which prevents water from entering from the outside while allowing moisture from the inside to escape. 3D System Evo: The 3D lacing system divides the shoe into three individually adjustable areas, allowing climbers to fine-tune the balance between comfort and performance. 3F System Evo: It makes no sense to restrict the foot's freedom of movement. Salewa believes that nature provides the best design—so why change it? Salewa offers freedom of movement where it's needed and support where it's necessary. Multiple Loads: The intensive use of the feet—such as through years of mountaineering—often leads to a widening of the foot shape. For those who need a bit more space, Salewa offers a wider fit that provides 4 mm more room in the toe area. Vibram: All outsoles for both technical mountaineering shoes and approach shoes are exclusively from Salewa. They were developed in collaboration with Vibram's technical department with the goal of achieving the highest possible levels of grip, durability, and comfort. The soles are the contact point between the athlete and the ground.
