The Alp Trainer 2 Gore-Tex®, proven in the Monti Pallidi – the Italian Dolomites – is a low-cut alpine hiking and trekking shoe designed for enhanced comfort on long hiking days in rugged alpine terrain.

Solid Protection: The robust upper made of high-quality suede is equipped with a waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort membrane and a 360° rubber rand for additional protection against rocks and debris, providing solid protection.

Full Comfort: Our proprietary, trademarked 3F System adapts the shoe to your foot and wraps it protectively. The steel cable ensures firm ankle support and lateral stability, while the special Climbing Lacing allows for adjustment all the way to the toes to enhance performance on the rock. The EVA midsole offers excellent cushioning and outstanding comfort for a technical shoe. The OrthoLite insole inside allows air circulation and wicks moisture away from your foot.

Improved Grip and Traction: The SALEWA® exclusive Vibram® Alpine Hiking outsole provides enhanced performance and handling in various mountain terrains. Thanks to its special climbing, traction, and braking zones, along with a grippy and robust lug profile, it excels even in wet and muddy conditions.
