Stefan "Sahmurai" Sahm developed the Sahmurai S.W.O.R.D. to optimise the stowing and carrying of the individual parts of a tubeless repair kit during a mountain bike tour or even during a race. Carrying the sharp and pointed components of the basic tubeless plug kit, such as the file or the pointed fork, posed risks such as torn clothing or even cuts and puncture wounds for the mountain biker. The Sahmurai S.W.O.R.D. solves all these problems by integrating the tubeless repair kit into the ends of the handlebars.By integrating the system into the handlebars, the mountain biker always carries the Sahmurai S.W.O.R.D. Tubeless Plug Kit with him, the plugs remain clean and his person and clothing are protected from stitches and cuts. In the event of a defect in the tubeless tyre, the cyclist simply has to remove the Sahmurai S.W.O.R.D. from the handlebars and start the repair. After removing the source of the tyre damage (if it is still in the tyre) and cleaning the hole with a file and adjusting it to the correct size, the plug is placed in the defective area with the help of the fork. While the fork is removed, the plug remains in the tyre and closes the hole. The ends of the plug can be cut off if necessary and the Sahmurai Sword is suitable for handlebar inner diameters of 17 - 21 mm.
