The insulation system utilizes ROXY WarmFlight X2 insulation, which is low-volume, lightweight, and breathable, consisting of 70 percent recycled filling material: 120 g in the main body, 110 g in the sleeves, and 60 g in the hood for balanced warmth. The outer layer is made from at least 65 percent recycled fibers, incorporates JIAREN yarn from recycled textile waste, and features a PFAS-free water-repellent coating. The fabric composition includes pure JIAREN recycled polyester canvas for unprinted panels, as well as a blend of 55 percent recycled polyester and 45 percent polyester canvas for printed panels. Critical seam areas are reinforced with seam tape for increased durability. The lining is made of lightweight taffeta with brushed tricot for added warmth and breathability.
