Product details
The new Rossignol Rallybird 102 freeride skis are the middle sister in the Rallybird line in terms of waist width, but they feature a different construction than the widest of the two. Without a titanium plate, they are lighter and smoother to handle than the 104Ti. With a 100-102mm waist, these skis are still wide enough to float easily in powder and soft snow, and their construction means they perform equally well on blown snow and churned-out hardpack. An extended Paulownia wood core makes the skis lightweight, yet stiff and stable. Additionally, the core features 2LCT Visco technology, with two rails running the length of the ski to harness energy for increased rebound and control. The entire ski is stiffened with Diego Fibers, and Damp Tech technology in the tip helps dampen vibrations, increasing ski-to-snow contact and ensuring smooth, precise control in all conditions. The extended core, slimmed-down tip, and generous 25% rocker with a flatter 15% tail ensure the skis don't snap and hold the edge well until the end of the turn. The cool thing about the Rallybird is that when you're skiing powder, it feels wider, and when you're entering the slopes or zipping through the trees, it feels narrower. This versatility and fun-to-ride nature of the Rallybird makes it your next go-to ski for literally any conditions.
