Thanks to the use of high-quality aluminum 6061 and a unique design, the Air wheels from Root are manufactured using Hollowcore technology. This essentially involves air being trapped in the core between two sturdy aluminum plates. This not only allows for a lightweight construction but also makes them very durable. The PU formula used by Root has quickly become a favorite among many professional riders, making the wheel super fast and stable.
