You can truly have it all - the WCS C220 stem matches the performance of the revolutionary C260 stem, but thanks to a press-fit handlebar clamp interface and forward-facing hardware, it can be installed and removed more quickly and easily. The C220 handlebar clamp, which was first proven in the Ritchey Trail stem, creates a safer interface by wrapping around the handlebar a full 220°. The screw forces are aligned with the clamp, allowing the stem body to "hug" the handlebar, making it less prone to damage on lightweight handlebars. This clamp design enables a lighter front plate and a lighter stem body without sacrificing strength or stiffness. The stem body is made from forged 2014 aluminum for further weight reduction. High-quality stainless steel screws are used throughout in black.
