Measure circumference 3-5 cm above the kneecap and 2-4 cm above the elbow: S: 23 cm knee circumference, 20 cm elbow circumference; M: 26 cm knee circumference, 23 cm elbow circumference; L: 30 cm knee circumference, 26 cm elbow circumference.
