It is equipped with a thick layer of EVA foam padding, elastic polyester fabric, and an improved grip to meet your fitness needs. With two layers of polypropylene, this product can support maximum loads of up to 600 pounds. An extra-long 36-inch steel chain provides the user with the ability to achieve significant gains by adding more weight plates to increase workout intensity.

The belt is the perfect training aid to maintain proper posture in the lower back during exercises such as weighted dips, weighted pull-ups, hip belt squats, and calf raises.
