RDX presents the F6 KARA 3-in-1 punching bag (152 cm), designed for optimal shock absorption and minimized vibrations. This cylindrical punching bag is made from Leather-X™ technology and features a zipper for personalized filling weight adjustment. The 45 cm wide anchoring system ensures a stable attachment, making it ideal for intense training. The pre-filled punching bag weighs approximately 20 to 22 kg, with a maximum filling capacity of 50 to 60 kg. The same recommendation applies to the unfilled version.
