poor quality product
I defined a product being of poor quality so this one no longer works after 2 uses! I received an error message saying that the motor was incorrectly connected or needed changing, but there was no indication on the manual of how to fix it manually. It was impossible to contact the company and I had to send a parcel back. With the price I paid it hurts

Returned
Product was returned as it is not 15kg as on Galaxus, it is 20kg. It is even stated on the box it arrives in. It is also 15cm tall, not 12cm as stated on twheels website. It would not fit under my sofa for these reasons and why it was returned. It is very quiet with no real motor sound. Kingsmith S1 by comparison was also very noisy.
