  Highly recommended from a 76 year old!

  With great skepticism I climbed on the device. However, I was very quickly impressed by its effect. The well structured exercises allow a very intensive training. After just one week and a daily workout, I felt more confident. Keeping the plate balanced is no longer a problem for me. The presentation on the iPod makes the exercises entertaining. more

  After 2x use, directly defective in 2 devices.

  not much, was unfortunately always grad broken.
