I bought the device during the first lockdown and I am very happy with it. The 21 minute interval training is the best program for me, you can burn up to 480 calories in this time. What is impossible for me for example on a treadmill or possible, but afterwards k. o. bin.
With the Max Trainer, this feeling of exhaustion is not as strong as compared to a treadmill/crosstrainer/rowing machine.
I usually train 3 times a week the 21 minute interval training, this has 12 intervals of 25 seconds each, here you really push the Max Trainer - it then also pretty loud, but it's fun and it's only 25 seconds.
The device also offers other program, Fat Burn, Calorie Burn, etc..
You have the option to connect the device via APP for example with your smartphone or tablet. Then the screen appears on the respective device used.
The APP records the workouts, and you can do challenges (paid) as a member.

Great machine! exercising has never been so easy. Assembling it took almost 2 hours, but nothing really more complicated than an Ikea piece of furniture... The app is the JRNY, not the one mentioned on the user's manual.
The incredible part is that you really burn a lot of calories and incredibly sweat but the day after you don't feel any pain in your muscles or joints, which is really amazing.

My product with a value of goods > 2000 chf was delivered only after 7 weeks. This without giving any reason.
Unfortunately, it is after the 6th use already defective (the resistance control nichtnfunktionier and it is due to this fact unfortunately useless).
We turned to the technician of the manufacturer, because Galaxus did not inform us about how it should now go on (a filled complaint / return / warranty claim was initially not answered for about 2 weeks). On telephone inquiry was onlyentgegnet that "the order would be processed", one could not be put however with the responsible coworker in connection but must wait, it sometime a return transport of the commodity is made, when is uncertain (remark: it concerned a product heavy approx. 80 kg) again some days later: An abrupt call from the post office, who wanted to pick up thedevice on the same(!) day. Note: Both my husband and I are fully employed and also worked in the hospital during the corona crisis...
I cancelled the transport, since I had turned in the meantime out of despair as already mentioned above to the technicians of the manufacturing company.
In the last consequence, the device is defective despite "repair" by the service employee, (repair did not succeed).
I will now contact Galaxus again. Should the company then again negatively notice and again by long waiting loops on the phone and lack of cooperation (no written correspondence, the customer is not informed about the next steps and left in the dark) I will turn to consumer protection.
