Comfortable sleeping bag with cosy inner material and an appropriate cut.
The Rab Alpine 400 is specifically designed for mountain adventures, whether they take place in the high Alps or deep in the Himalayas, whether on foot or in the saddle of a bike. This sleeping bag offers an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio and a sleek design that is ideal for spring mountain excursions. It is filled with 400 g of duck down with a fill power of 650 cuin and features a wind-resistant Pertex® Quantum outer fabric with recycled nylon lining. The sophisticated construction of the Alpine down sleeping bag ensures maximum thermal performance. The trapezoidal box wall chamber construction allows for full expansion of the down, virtually eliminating cold spots and maximizing warmth. The herringbone pattern chamber construction enhances down stability and evenly envelops the entire body. The openings of the sleeping bag are designed to minimize heat loss. The adjustable 3D down collar retains warmth, and a down-filled windproof baffle along the zipper prevents heat loss. Thanks to its narrow mummy shape and angled foot section, the Alpine is not unnecessarily bulky or heavy, providing a comfortable sleeping environment. Each sleeping bag is hand-filled with down in the UK, ensuring that the down is not compressed before use to maintain its loft and warmth.
