Quinn's Box Trainer 360°: For All Training Levels - The Quinn's Box Trainer 360° is a space-saving training device, ideal for clubs and fitness studios. Here's how the box trainer works: Perform punch combinations on the three offset punching balls and the boxing bar. The boxing bar rotates 360 degrees, so after a punch, it completes a full rotation and "attacks" from the other side. The athlete must block this attack with their guard or evade it. According to the manufacturer, the box trainer can perform at least 100,000 rotations without service. It is also suitable for permanent outdoor use, but should be disassembled in freezing temperatures.
