Yes. 135mm between axles is standard for most bikes (with disc brakes).
Only the coupling will do, we tied it down with enough cable ties and it has lasted for over 2 years now.
There is 150 mm available: between the quick release and the Thule shell
The kit includes : An extra long quick release pin and a hitch bracket.
The product size is as follows according to the part number: 22,86 x 7,62 x 5,08 cm (9 X 3.6 X 2 inches).

Due to the coupling piece, the quick release must be somewhat longer. I would therefore recommend buying the Thule ezHitch directly.
There is only one size and Thule doesn't have it! it should also fit any normal bike, that's how it was for me and I have 3 bikes.
I can't answer this for sure, it fitted my used trailer, but I had to drill out the hole for the safety splint on the coupling so that it would fit.
If you have a hub gear, these are possible:
Thule adapter Shimano Nexus/Alfine hub gears
Otherwise post a picture of the rear wheel.
I just realised that not even all MTB frames are suitable for trailers...

Has this question ever been answered? Is there a longer fitting quick release?
It is a set, as shown in the first image (axle, bolts and the hitch).
