How many Hz is the plate?

I watched the YouTube video of this device on your page. They say it comes with fitness bands, a poster and exercise videos. Is that also the case when you buy it? It doesn't say that in the specifications. Nor does it say on your home page whether this device plays music, as it is explained in the video. I'm also very interested in what the difference is between this and the other item on your site (also VP250 but chf 279.- - item no. 16365590)? It is chf 70 more expensive but I don't understand what the difference is between these 2 devices. Thanks for your help!
