It seems so, we found the following information in the manufacturer's manual: 'Thanks to the transport wheels, the treadmill can be easily pushed and moved, under assembly or pre-assembly conditions...'.

According to the instructions, about 69db, so when I watch TV I have to turn it up a bit, but I don't find it disturbing. Hope the answer helps. The treadmill is really great!

According to research, the treadmill should be set up correctly and completely. Use without the handrail cannot be guaranteed.
