The child seat fits a tube diameter of 28 mm to 40 mm. If the diameter fits the e-bike, the saddle will also fit. Additional tools are not necessary.

No idea what you mean. The seat and the bracket for the luggage carrier, including the 2 springs you can see, are a complete unit - at least on my model...

We fitted it this afternoon.
It is fixed to the luggage rack using an Allen key (very practical as no-one can steal it, an added safety feature).

I have the seat with a bar carrier and my wife has the same seat with a luggage carrier attachment. We can't really tell any difference. The seat is very comfortable and stable.
However, for the e-bike with battery on the luggage carrier, only the luggage carrier version works.
It depends a bit on where you measure. But between 5.5cm and 8cm. 5.5cm is what is attached directly to the pipe and 8cm is the whole thing.
