Questions about Campingaz Bistro 3

These are butane gas cartridges 227g. E.g. the MAXSUM MSF1A from Amazon. But there are also many other manufacturers.

You can use pans with a maximum diameter of 26 cm on the hob. Make sure that the pan is stable on the pan support.

The Campingaz Bistro 3 stove (2000038753) works exclusively with Campingaz CP 250 cartridges. QUECHUA cartridges are not listed as compatible in the official information available. Hello, if I have understood your question correctly: Distance centre/centre inner notch........approx. 11 cm. Distance beginning of outer elevation: approx. 26.5 cm! Larger pots are also possible....only not very efficient with the heat source ;-)

Hello, Thank you for your question, the duration of a continuous cartridge at full fire should be between 1 hour and 1h30 approximately.

I also bought a Campingaz Bistro DLX SG and used my wool cast iron pan a few times, which is normally used on induction. As far as I can tell, the flame has left no visible residue or damage and works fine. Same when cooking with a Cucina & Tavola saucepan. Guess you just have to (as with induction) always check beforehand if it is also suitable for gas, you can see that marked on the bottom of almost all pans and pots, as well as the care after each use. I'm very satisfied so far (about 10-15 times cooking with it).

The Campingaz Bistro DLX SG does not come with a gas cartridge. However, Galaxus does sell the gas cartridges. They come in a four-pack and so far, have been easily available. Hope this helps you.

The cheaper one has no Stopgaz. Stopgaz: The gas flow is automatically interrupted when the flame is blown out.
