I have a Burley Solo. A model before 2019. Don't know exactly when. And would like to use it as a buggy. Are these wheels suitable?

Our Burley is approx. 2018. The wheels could fit from there. Are the brackets for pushing the wheel arms in available? Inside diameter=?

Unfortunately I received the wrong item. Instead of the buggy kit I got the 2 wheel stroller poo. That is something different. Maybe you can check this.

Is it also possible to put the wheels in so that they face upwards to store them like this while cycling?

no; when cycling, the drawbar with the upward-folding drawbar wheel is in one of the two plug-in tubes - one of the two buggy wheels could probably be plugged in, but it doesn't make sense like that.
