You can freely choose any provider. The Watch does not have a SimLock like most prepaid phones. Basically, this applies to all freely purchased mobile phones/watches - they work with all providers, as long as they support the brand.
459.- it's the Wi-Fi Version. 559.- is the 4G Cellular Version also on apple.ch
