The helmet as a whole is quite robust, i.e. the shell is not "filigree" (thin). The fit size is normal, I'm a hat size 59 and with an undercoat (also winter riders) it still fits well. Overall, I am very satisfied with it, the built-in rain cover is tight even in continuous rain and 45km/h, the lens protects well.

I have a head circumference of 57cm (measured as requested). I first ordered the larger one (56-62cm) but it was too big for me. It would only fit me with a slightly thicker balaclava in winter. I then ordered the smaller one, which fits me in winter with a secure balaclava and in summer without one. In your case (60cm), however, I would go for the larger one.
