Our development team has designed the Escape 500 Fresh shoe model for regular hikes on natural trails in warm weather.

Our motivation? To offer you lightweight, comfortable hiking shoes with good grip. Additionally, they are breathable, making them ideal for summer.

For these hiking shoes, polyamide socks without cotton content are recommended. Polyamide is a fiber that effectively wicks moisture away. When sweating, polyamide socks help to transfer moisture away from the skin. This moisture is absorbed by the shoe and transported outside through the ventilated mesh fabric. We recommend the Newfeel WS500 Fresh socks.

In laboratory tests, the following aspects are examined: processing of eyelets and straps, adhesive joints, harmful substances, UV resistance, abrasion resistance of the sole and upper shoe, as well as material aging. Through these tests, we can improve the quality of our products and prevent premature wear.

Our hiking shoes are designed for use on footpaths. We thoroughly test the various components of the sole and upper to ensure that the shoes perform well on earthy forest trails as well as on rocky coastal paths. Using them on paved roads can accelerate wear and tear and significantly affect your comfort. The shoes are not suitable for high-altitude hikes.
