Self-inflating, thick air mattress for high comfort while camping. Our motivation is to offer a thick, self-inflating, and connectable mattress that ensures the highest sleeping comfort while camping.

The so-called R-value indicates the thermal performance of mattresses. The higher the number, the better the mattress protects against ground cold.
– R-value from 0 to 1.9: suitable only for warm weather (summer).
– 2 to 3: suitable for use in spring, autumn, and summer.
– 3 to 4: suitable for all four seasons, including winter.
– over 4.5: suitable for use in winter and extreme cold.

Since the beginning of 2020, the insulation performance of mattresses has been assessed according to the new standard ASTM F3340-18. This standard measures the extent to which the mattress can store or reflect your body heat to prevent heat loss and thus provide thermal comfort.

R-value according to ASTM F3340-18: 5.2 (determined by an independent EMPA laboratory). Self-inflating air mattresses consist of an airtight cover that is glued to an open-cell foam, allowing air to circulate. Once spread out, they take on their shape and thickness (4.5 cm for the AG Comfort) and fill with air. A little additional blowing with the mouth is needed to achieve the desired pressure for optimal sleeping comfort. The extent to which it self-fills depends on the mattress thickness.

We recommend unpacking and rolling out the mattress immediately upon arrival at the campsite. Leave the valve open to facilitate pre-inflation. A self-inflating mattress inflates itself by about 80%. Blow up the rest with your mouth until the desired air pressure is reached. Caution: Choose the width of the mattress according to the interior dimensions of your tent.
