Simple and effective: The Powerbreathe Plus Breathing Trainer - With the second generation of the Plus breathing trainer, Powerbreathe has developed a device that is ideally suited for inspiratory muscle training. The breathing muscle trainer is equipped with a calibrated resistance spring. Depending on the model, the training resistance can be adjusted in 10 different levels from 17 cmH2O to 98 cmH2O or from 23 cmH2O to 186 cmH2O. The mouthpiece can be easily cleaned with the included cleaning tablets or in warm water. Thanks to the ergonomically shaped handle, the approximately 200 g heavy training device fits perfectly in the hand.
