The helmet is also equipped with a multi-impact capable EPP liner that is reinforced at strategically important points, making the helmet even more durable and resilient. The Skull Orbic X meets the FIS RH 2013 standard. For this season, the helmet has also been fitted with new Spin Pads. The Spin technology ensures that the energy impacting the brain during a fall with an oblique impact is reduced. Gel padding on the inside of the helmet perfectly conforms to the shape of the head and absorbs linear and rotational forces through its free movement, similar to the natural protective mechanism of brain fluid.
