Product details

During the R&D process, Pirelli succeeded in developing an innovative carcass material. Considering the significant performance improvement of this compound, Pirelli decided to launch a new and improved P ZERO Race TLR. A new carcass solution was developed focusing on one of the most important parameters in bicycle tires: rolling resistance. The new SpeedCORE carcass consists of a thin, airtight layer made from a rubber compound with aramid particles, forming the first layer from the inside. The high flexibility of the rubber compound makes the tire faster and more supple, while the aramid layer provides better puncture protection. The carcass is completed with a 120tpi nylon fabric and a puncture-resistant aramid breaker. The tread pattern, which uses Pirelli's most advanced SmartEVO compound, guarantees top performance.
