The large tripod ring from Petromax is ideal for spontaneous campfires and fits into any backpack due to its compact size. With the Petromax tripod ring, setting up a campfire for outdoor cooking adventures is quick and easy. Three branches are gathered and shaped by the campfire cook to fit through the openings of the tripod ring. The fire pit is then constructed, and a hook is attached to hang a cooking pot or kettle. The adjustable length of the chain allows the pot to be hung closer over the fire. The tripod ring is characterized by its small pack size and is also suitable for building a tipi, for example.
