The Peggy Peg TieStrap 2.0 is an innovative awning tension strap specifically designed to securely fasten awnings, tents, and sun sails even in strong winds. Unlike traditional storm straps that run over the joints of the awning arms, this tension strap is inserted into the front rail's bead track using the included T-Connector. This construction ensures that forces are evenly distributed across the awning front, relieving the sensitive joints. The set includes an adjustable strap with a length of 1.5 to 3 meters, as well as a permanently installed steel relief spring that effectively absorbs gusts of wind. Ground attachment is done via an anchor plate or a screw peg that is directly screwed through the spring eye. The striking orange color of the strap also provides good visibility, enhancing safety during use.
